
I’m a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and Online Coach, and since qualifying in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women transform their bodies, their confidence, and their mindset.
My own fitness journey started from a place many women can relate to -
I struggled with body image, self-confidence, and felt intimidated stepping into the “weights area” of the gym. I thought I had to look a certain way to fit in and for years I felt stuck. Everything changed when I found a coach who showed me how to train properly. For the first time, I felt in control of my fitness, my body, and most importantly - my confidence.
That experience inspired me to create my online coaching service specifically for women. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, family and life while still trying to put your health first. That’s why I designed The SculptHer Method - a proven approach that goes beyond workouts and diets. It’s about giving you the right structure, the right support and the confidence to finally become the woman you’ve always wanted to be.
Through tailored training programs, mindset coaching, and a supportive community, I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve lasting results without giving up their lifestyle. My mission is simple: to empower you to feel strong, confident and in control of your body - so you can show up as your best self in every area of life.
Because fitness isn’t just about looking good - it’s about living your life to the fullest and seeing your potential.
It starts with a phone call (or we can do this over messages if you would prefer) where we can discuss your goals, your experience and put together a plan of action on where we want to get you to.
Using this information I’ll create you a personalised nutrition plan that will include all of your meals and snacks, recipes and ingredients, macros and calories. This will take into account all of your likes/dislikes, preferences and allergies and include plenty of tasty recipes to keep you on track and avoid cravings.
Next I’ll create your training plan. This is completely individual, based on your experience, goals, strong/weak areas, injuries and current ability. Like your meal plan this will be continually reviewed and updated throughout your coaching journey to ensure you are continuing to be challenged and pushing yourself right up until that last rep!
